國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局2004年第75號(hào)公告
根據(jù)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局（簡(jiǎn)稱“國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局”）2003年第115號(hào)公告和2004年第48號(hào)公告的規(guī)定，我局正在對(duì)進(jìn)口廢物原料境外供貨企業(yè)的注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)進(jìn)行評(píng)審。為保證廢物原料境外供貨企業(yè)注冊(cè)工作的順利實(shí)施，我局公告如下：
國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局2004年受理進(jìn)口廢物原料境外供貨企業(yè)注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)的截止時(shí)間為2004年8月1日（以郵寄或速遞申請(qǐng)材料的郵戳日期為準(zhǔn)，當(dāng)面提交的申請(qǐng)材料以送達(dá)日期為準(zhǔn)），過(guò)期不再受理。
自2004年11月1日（以提單或運(yùn)單的簽單日期為準(zhǔn)）起，口岸檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)不再受理未獲注冊(cè)的進(jìn)口廢物原料境外供貨企業(yè)貨物的報(bào)檢申請(qǐng)。

Notice No. 75- 2004
In accordance with Notice No. 115 - 2003 and Notice No. 48 - 2004 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as AQSIQ), AQSIQ is undertaking the evaluation on applications for registration of overseas supplier enterprises of imported scrap materials. With a view to smoothly implementing the operations of registration of overseas supplier enterprises of imported scrap materials, AQSIQ hereby promulgates the following requirements:
1. AQSIQ will accept the applications for registration of supplier enterprises of imported scrap materials on and before August 1, 2004(ascertained by the date of postmark on mail or express mail, or receiving date of delivering in person). AQSIQ will not accept the applications exceeding the above time limit.
2. From November 1, 2004 ( means the issuing date of Bill of Lading), the inspection and quarantine authorities at the port of entry shall not accept the application for inspection on the scrap materials exported by unregistered overseas supplier enterprises.
